From time to time, we may sell tickets, accept designer applications, process media accreditation, or run promotions. Each may be governed by additional terms presented at the point of purchase or entry. In case of conflict, those additional terms prevail.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit (e.g., applications, portfolios, images, footage) but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it for operating, promoting, and documenting Doha Fashion Show (in any media, now or later developed).
You warrant you have all rights and permissions required, and that your content doesn’t infringe third-party rights, contain unlawful material, or breach these Terms.
We may remove or disable access to content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

7. Our content and intellectual property

All content on the Services (including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, and trade marks) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed USD 100 (or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, if greater).

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Doha, Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.
